Worden’s theory
Worden’s Theory of Grief describes mourning as an active process involving four tasks: accepting the loss, processing grief, adjusting to life without the person, and finding ways to maintain connection while moving forward. The model emphasizes that grief is not linear and that people move through these tasks in their own time.
